I am a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Empowerment Coach, mother, partner, and nature lover. I feel a deep spiritual connection to mother earth and all of her beautiful elements. That connection inspires my belief in the power of the human body and mind. My approach honours the unmistakable connection between our body, mind and spirit. I cultivate a calm and inviting space for clients to look inwards and consider their own ability to heal.
